Women into Politics has been running a project available for young women aged 16-25 since April 2007. Currently programmes are being delivered in the South West. Please contact Mary Catherine for further information. The Politics 4 Youth programme is designed to be engaging, interesting and relevant to the lives of young women across Northern Ireland. The principle aims of the programme are to:

• Raise political awareness and understanding of decision making  processes.
• Promote politics (at all levels) as a career option for young women.
• Highlight the relevance of politics to the lives of young women.
• Increase the confidence of young women.
